Plusieurs types de pr\u00eats peuvent \u00eatre souscrits \u00e0 ce titre.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Les_prets-relais\"><\/span>Les pr\u00eats-relais<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Etal\u00e9 de 12 \u00e0 24 mois, le pr\u00eat-relais permet d&rsquo;avancer une partie des fonds n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l&rsquo;achat en ne remboursant que les int\u00e9r\u00eats avant de r\u00e9gler le capital restant d\u00fb avec le produit de la vente. Il existe sous plusieurs formes.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Pret-relais_sec\"><\/span><em>Pr\u00eat-relais sec<\/em><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Propos\u00e9 sans cr\u00e9dit immobilier compl\u00e9mentaire, il permet de financer l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration lorsque le premier bien vaut plus que le second. Le cr\u00e9dit-relais, d&rsquo;un montant variant entre 50 et 80% du prix de vente, ne dure alors que quelques semaines ou mois.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Pret-relais_adosse\"><\/span><em>Pr\u00eat-relais adoss\u00e9<\/em><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Ici, le relais va de pair avec un cr\u00e9dit amortissable classique, afin de financer une acquisition dont le prix d\u00e9passe celui du bien vendu. Vous remboursez les mensualit\u00e9s des deux cr\u00e9dits, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la vente et la conclusion du relais. La banque rach\u00e8te le capital restant d\u00fb sur le premier pr\u00eat immobilier et finance l&rsquo;acquisition du second logement.
