Si les taux bas ne surprennent plus personne, les chiffres restent saisissants : l&rsquo;observatoire Cr\u00e9dit Logement\/CSA rel\u00e8ve ainsi en avril 2016 une moyenne de 1,81*% sur une dur\u00e9e de 17 ans et 7 mois dans ses donn\u00e9es pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es le 3 mai. Plus parlant encore, un pr\u00eat de 20 ans se n\u00e9gocie en moyenne \u00e0 1,87%, contre 2,29% en janvier dernier.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"12000_euros_economises_sur_un_pret_de_20_ans_depuis_janvier\"><\/span>12.000 euros \u00e9conomis\u00e9s sur un pr\u00eat de 20 ans depuis janvier<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Concr\u00e8tement, les emprunteurs ont gagn\u00e9 plusieurs milliers d&rsquo;euros sur le co\u00fbt global de leur cr\u00e9dit depuis le d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e. <a href=\"https:\/\/credits.toutsurmesfinances.com\/courtier-en-pret-immobilier-pour-obtenir-un-meilleur-taux-de-credit.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Le courtier<\/strong><\/a> Meilleurtaux.com calcule ainsi un gain de 5.943 euros sur un pr\u00eat de 150.000 euros rembours\u00e9 sur 15 ans et une mensualit\u00e9 all\u00e9g\u00e9e de 32 euros. Pour un cr\u00e9dit de 200.000 euros sur 20 ans, ces \u00e9conomies respectives se chiffrent \u00e0 12.142 et 51 euros. L&rsquo;observatoire Cr\u00e9dit Logement\/CSA affirme pour sa part que les 25% de meilleurs dossiers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9goci\u00e9s en avril \u00e0 1,32% sur 15 ans et 1,86% sur 25 ans.<\/p>\n<p>Si le proverbe veut que l&rsquo;on ne pr\u00eate qu&rsquo;aux riches, force est de constater que les emprunteurs plus modestes aussi ont droit \u00e0 des offres attractives. Sur le quart des cr\u00e9dits immobiliers affichant les taux les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s, les emprunteurs ont pu obtenir en moyenne 1,98% sur 25 ans, 2,21% sur 20 ans et 2,59% sur 25 ans en avril d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;observatoire.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab <em>De lui-m\u00eame, le mouvement de baisse des taux que l&rsquo;on constate permet \u00e0 la demande de s&rsquo;exprimer dans des conditions<\/em> \u00bb particuli\u00e8rement favorables, d\u00e9veloppe le responsable des \u00e9tudes Cr\u00e9dit Logement\/CSA Michel Mouillart. En comparaison, il estime que la chute constat\u00e9e depuis d\u00e9cembre 2013 \u00ab <em>est \u00e9quivalente \u00e0 une baisse des prix de 12%<\/em> \u00bb.
