Un d\u00e9cret du minist\u00e8re de l&rsquo;Economie et des finances en date du 20 mars 2013, publi\u00e9 au Journal officiel le 22 mars, met en place cette obligation \u00e0 partir du 1er avril 2013 pour \u00ab <em>les paiements effectu\u00e9s ou re\u00e7us par un notaire pour le compte des parties \u00e0 un acte re\u00e7u en la forme authentique et donnant lieu \u00e0 publicit\u00e9 fonci\u00e8re soient assur\u00e9s uniquement par virement<\/em> \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, du 1er avril 2013 au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2014, le seuil appliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 cette obligation de paiement par virement est fix\u00e9 \u00e0 10.000 euros. A partir du 1er janvier 2015, il sera ramen\u00e9 \u00e0 3.000 euros seulement. \u00ab <em>Cette disposition vise \u00e0 encourager le recours au virement dans les transactions immobili\u00e8res en vue de la modernisation des moyens de paiement et de leur tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 pour les besoins de la lutte anti-blanchiment<\/em> \u00bb, pr\u00e9cise le d\u00e9cret.<\/p>\n<p>Ces nouvelles modalit\u00e9s de paiement sont \u00e9galement valables dans les collectivit\u00e9s territoriales du Pacifique \u00e0 l&rsquo;exception de la Polyn\u00e9sie fran\u00e7aise. Pour la Nouvelle-Cal\u00e9donie et les \u00eeles Wallis et Futuna, les seuils applicables sont \u00e9galement pr\u00e9cis\u00e9s : 1.193.317 francs CFP \u00e0 compter du 1er avril 2013 et 357.995 francs CFP apr\u00e8s le 1er janvier 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Ce d\u00e9cret est une nouvelle \u00e9tape dans la s\u00e9curisation des paiements vis-\u00e0-vis de la fraude fiscale.
